• Assist investors and sellers in structuring their transactions,
• Conduct legal due diligence,
• Draft transaction agreements, such as subscription agreements, asset and share purchase agreements, put and call option agreements, guarantee agreements, and shareholder agreements, and assist our clients in negotiating these agreements,
• Provide counsel on restructuring activities and assets,
• Support our local and international clients in obtaining the necessary regulatory authorizations.
